Stopped in here on a trip to Galveston. Hidden gem 💎 Vibes of Jimmy Buffet’s “Bama Breeze,” Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar,” or Kenny Chesney’s “When I See This Bar.” A genuine spot with cool people, cold beer, and good food. Buffalo shrimp sandwich 🦐 🍤 was delicious!
I got the lunch special cheeseburger. About the same price as McDonald's except it actually tasted good! Bartender was nice, attentive, efficient. Kina a dive bar, keysey. Exactly as advertised! A good experience.
We love this place! That lazy river shack vibe 🎯 comes alive after dark. Last night was great Karaoke (Friday). We usually do lunch. Original owners granddaughters behind the bar. One of the least expensive places we truly enjoy
We recommend the cheeseburger in sourdough bun and the Philly cheesesteak baskets. Friday night was karaoke and the atmosphere was awesome! We throughly enjoyed our evening here!
Fantastic burgers!!! Mac-N-Cheese burger is a must order! Loved the crawfish pies and bottle caps. Prices are great and the open atmosphere is great. Definitely coming back.

Had the grilled fish and shrimp plate and man you can taste the freshness in the food. Seasoning on the fish and shrimp was excellent, the veggies and rice were well seasoned and cooked as well. Hidden Gem for sure. Cheap drinks, TREMENDOUS food, classic vibe. Cant recommend enough if you're in the area.
The burger was amazing. Bartender Rita was prompt, and correct in everything. This is a sit-down-and-chat type of place, very informal, and extremely friendly. I highly recommend it for a quick bite, or a few drinks with friends. I’ve only been twice for the burger as I don’t live here, but I made sure to come back every day that I’ve worked in Freeport. If I ever have work down here again, I will certainly come back a third or even fourth time.
Awesome little coastal dive bar. Bar food but on the next level. I had a burger that was cooked right, put together well, and tasted great. Buddy of mine got a grilled combo that he said was fantastic. Beer was cold and lady behind the bar was awesome.
After coming to outriggers and experiencing the amazing atmosphere I can say this is the best restaurant around. They wasted no time getting the food and appetizers out to us. We have a party of 6 and they had no problem fitting us in. The service here was amazing. The waitress was super nice and overall made it a way better experience. I gave this place a 5 star because it truly is. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Freeport Tx.
